Most agencies hit the same wall trying AI.

Agency Brain fixes the pattern by giving the whole team one shared workspace, with the right level of access for each role.

  1. 01One person on the team gets good at Claude.
  2. 02The rest of the team can't see how it fits their workflow.
  3. 03The skills that one person builds sit unused.
  4. 04Six months later: “we tried AI, it didn't stick.”

Brain Sync · ~60s · bi-directional

A shared workspace on your agency's own GitHub.

Every team member runs Claude Code, Cowork or any other Claude client against the same brain. Brain Sync, a small menu-bar app on Mac and Windows, keeps everyone's local copy in sync about every minute.

It comes loaded with the skills an agency actually needs: account audits, monthly client reviews, client briefs. Each one is a working starting point your team adjusts to how your agency runs.

Three roles. Three levels of access.

Each role has the right permissions enforced through Brain Sync. Nobody on your team can accidentally break what someone else built.

01

Owner

Runs the agency. Keeps what's private.

You decide who's on the team and how the agency works. Your private stuff (money, salaries, internal plans) lives somewhere only you can see it. Everything else is shared with the team.

02

Scout

Builds the skills the team uses.

Scouts are the people you pay for. They build and improve the skills everyone else relies on: account audits, monthly client reviews, client briefs. A scout builds a skill on Monday and the whole team can use it on Tuesday, without learning anything new.

03

Team

Uses the skills. Can't break anything.

Everyone else on your team is free. They use the skills the scouts have built and work in their own space. They can't accidentally break a skill, and they can't see anything you've kept private.

Up and running in three steps.

Step 1

Set up your agency

Create your agency, then install Brain Sync, the little app that keeps everyone's copy in sync. Takes about five minutes, and nobody needs to know what git is.

Step 2

Tell it about your agency

Chat to the app and add your context: how your agency works, who your clients are, who's on the team. Now everyone's Claude knows your business.

Step 3

Your team gets to work

Everyone works from the same brain with the same skills. The work gets more consistent, and the skills keep getting better the more your team uses them.

Skills are junior employees that get better with feedback.

Every skill in your agency brain has a maturity field: draft, live or trusted. Scouts ship a skill as draft while iterating. Once it works end-to-end they promote it to live. After enough successful runs in real client work they mark it trusted.

Team members flag issues the moment they spot them. The scout reviews and ships a fix. The skill set improves week by week, the same way a junior employee improves with feedback.

What stays private stays private.

Your agency repo is private on GitHub. Brain Sync uses a scoped GitHub App token per team. Each member's Claude session operates with that member's own permissions and no more. An agent never gets more access than the person running it.

Owner-only documents (financials, salaries, internal strategy) live in a separate private repo only the Owner can access. The team brain is shared. Your owner brain is yours.

You only pay for scouts. The whole team is included.

Common questions.

Do I need to be technical?

+

No. Brain Sync installs from a DMG (Mac) or EXE (Windows) and runs in the menu bar. Team members work in Claude Code or Cowork the same way they would on their own. The only person who needs to think about repos and GitHub is the Owner, briefly, at setup.

How is this different from a shared Notion or Google Drive?

+

Notion and Drive store files. Agency Brain stores files AND the AI skills that work on those files. A scout writes a skill called client-monthly-review, and from that moment every team member can run it against any client's data and get a consistent output. Notion can't do that. Drive can't do that.

What happens if someone leaves?

+

Their access is revoked through GitHub. Everything they built stays in the agency brain because every commit was synced through the team repo. Skills, client context, decisions, history. Nothing evaporates when someone leaves.

Is my client data safe?

+

Your agency repo is private on GitHub. Brain Sync uses a scoped GitHub App token per team. Each member's agent operates with that member's permissions and no more. Owner-only documents live in a separate private repo only the Owner has access to.

What if a team member already uses ChatGPT?

+

Good. The brain is shared knowledge and shared skills, it does not replace people's preferred AI tool. The skills built by your scouts run inside Claude because that is where the brain lives. Mixed-tool teams work fine.

What is in the V1 launch versus later?

+

Live now: the 3-role install flow, the agency portal at agency.ads2ai.com, Brain Sync on Mac and Windows, ~44 skills, three workshop options. Coming in V1.1: the persistent team-member home skill, automated department filtering, the one-click owner-private repo template, and native notifications when scouts ship new skills.
